I'm selling this on behalf of a friend and it's been stored in her garage for the last couple of years and as such: Tyres need re-inflating, Most covers need a wash (they are all removable and machine washable), General wear and tear for a used buggy and generally needs a scrub down but after that it'd be a great starter system for your twins!
